Hi, I have this lump on my scalp, been there for over 15 years. Anyone know what this is? It is about 10mm in diameter and now I'm getting older my hair doesn't seem to cover it so well and it's protruding through my hair. It makes me feel self conscious all the time that it's showing. How can this be removed? Do you think tieing it off so it drops off is an option?
