I have a lump or kind of tumor i can feel on the left back next to vertebrae. I feel pain whenever i lift up heavy weights or the next day after i get drunk. I have had this for a while, but never really went for checkup. But i am concerned now. I feel like it has grown on size, its little hard on touch, and i can feel the pain when i press against it. What could it be?

It's probably a lipoma or cyst , go to a dermatologist soon

This is obviously worrying you and you've had it for a long time so go to your GP, ask to be referred to Dermatology urgently (If possible) and get the flipping thing checked out. Pattino could possibly be right but you do need professional advice. Good luck and I hope it's nothing sinister or serious.
