this isnt the first time this has appeared but i have a dent in my armpit and i think its causing this lump under my arm, usually i can stick it with a needle and pus will come out but i cant this time. the lump hurt at first but the pain went down and its also soft in the middle i just dont know if its a cyst,boil or swollen lymph node
