Lump under shaft

I took a shower this morning and when i was drying myself I notice a lump on the penis skin. i do not know if it's a std or damage blood vessal. I had intercourse two days ago with the use of protection, me and my partner are clean of any std since it was our first time but we took precautions when we did it.

Right now it kinda itches if I move but doesn't hurt, it feels hard a little but not painful unless I pinch it. I searched around the internet to see any similar cases on this but no luck. !imageimageimage
