Lumps at the back of the mouth ive had for awhile

the roof of my mouth and back of throat are lumpy and i have never been to the dentist and im scared because i googled thinking its cancer

Dont keep thinking its cancer, which is unlikely, and do something positive like seeing your doctor or dentist. Do you clean your teeth thoroughly? Use a mouthwash /gargle? Try these first and if no better then do see a professional. It is probably something quite simple that will clear up with the correct treatment.
