Lumps in back of throat? Base of tongue pain

For two days now, the base of my tongue (where it feels like my epiglottis is, out of sight) has been having pain that I need to take Tylenol to relieve. I also have these lumps in the back of my throat, around my tonsils, uvula, and even some around my tongue I do have health anxiety and I am getting really worried about this. Plus I have been very dizzy lately. Anyone have any idea what this is? Google keeps saying it is cancer and I am so worried image
