Lumps in back of throat. Health anxiety really bad. Please Help!

It all started when my medication was changed from Omeprazole to Lansoprazole. I was on this medication due to being on Naproxen for a bit for Mastitis (Breast Infection) & Costochondritis (Chest Wall Inflammation) these painful conditions are long gone and I have not touched the Naproxen for months but docs still prescribing it for some reason, even though I no longer need or take Naproxen.

I first noticed very sore throat, coughing up phlegm, nausea, loss of appetite, heartburn, weight loss, pain swallowing and feeling of lump in throat. All this after taking the Lansoprazole for 3 days as I had bad heartburn. Struggling eating and still can only manage soft foods. The pain was extremely severe, now improved after using antibacterial mouthwash but throat lumpsand redness still visible! Freaking out! Googling with no answers other than cancer.
