for the past one month I have this little lumps in my penis, occasionally itching. please advise

These are fordyce spots! I have one just like that too, they itch especially in adolescence, I wouldn't fret too much about it. They'll look a little smaller when you reach adulthood, sometimes aloe vera gel or something can help itchy if intense
