Lumps in throat

I am very worried about those lumps in my throat. I have no pain but It’s not going away. Can anyone tell me what are those lumps?image

    i just went in today for the same thing. my doctor said they were from stomatitis, but there's also a possibility it could from acid reflux or irritation from post nasal drip.
