Lumps inside Vagina - Had reoccurring Yeast Infections.

Hoping to get some much needed help ladies!
I have had thrush about 5 times in the last 6 months. I was with the same partner for over 4 years, but have now been separated and have had new sexual partners. After each one, I have had full STD checks (not herpes or HPV as they don' t test for that without symptoms where I go) and everything has come up clean. I have also done urine tests AND swab and it has confirmed that it was Thrush. I didn't really get a lot of thrush with my old partner, and I know that introducing new bacteria into my body has thrown off the balance...
The last two times, I haven't gone back to the doctor as I know my body and could tell it was Thrush once more. Now however, I have noticed these "growths" inside my vaginal opening (You have to spread the lips too see them) The thing is...I can't really decide if they have always been there or not! I have spent HOURS on here looking at genital warts, and these lumps are smooth with no "cauliflower" like expressions nor are they "sores" or "puss filled" like the herpes images I have seen. I do have some fordyce spots around my vagina, and on the labia major but they are not noticible. I have seen posts on here similar - does anyone have any answers? I do have mild irritation and the vagina is inflamed - Which the doctor reccomened using a zinc based cream for - The irritation sometimes causing a mild burning and I feel like I have had it on and off for the last few months, I use a cold wash cloth for the burning, I would actually say its more of a "hot" feeling then a burning. My discharge is normal, sometimes a little yellow but I feel like this is normal for me. I have also looked up VP but are these too big for that?
Yes...I have spent HOURS with a mirror pulling my skin and I know I KNOW it makes it worse, irritating the skin more....But I just can't stop...I have been using thrush cream in that area and internal cream over the last few months...ignore the while around the vulva as that is the zinc cream.
Thank you,
A girl looking for answers

lots of ppl think this when they discover whats called vp and its also just notmal female anatomy. i remembr when i first checked i was terrified but it really is normal 99% of time - doesnt look like warts to especialy as its at the opening, vaginas are ridged and very bumpy and every ones looks different. as for reoccuring thrush its most likely just that i get the same, make sure ur getting rid of it with each treatment and also perhaps get ur partner to get a thrush treatment as he might have no symptoms and be passin it back to u with sex. also perhaps take probiotics to prevent from getting thrush. when we look down there long enoigh anything can look abnormal if we start letting anxiety get to us

Thank's for taking the time to reply Ameliamoo!
I think I have spent too much time down there looking around, and made myself paranoid. When I do get thrush I really don't get much discharge, so, sometimes it is hard for a doctor to believe that is what it is. I do now take the prebiotic, have only been wearing cotton undies for months, shower after the gym straight away and don't eat a lot of sugar anyway. I have just gone to the pharmacy and have taken the oral pill PLUS picked up a 6 day treatment for thrush - if this doesn't "kick it" I don't know what will. I don't have a partner that is "regular" enough for them to get a thrust treatment, but when I do get one I will do that. Thank you again for responding...I'll try to stay away from the mirror and keep my hands away (anxiety sucks!)

Hey! Thanks for sharing. Did you ever find out what the growths were? Were they part of a yeast infection?
