Lumps on back of throat?

My throat is mildly sore and on looking I saw multiple raised lumps on the back of my throat. They are surrounded by redness. My throat is dry and uncomfortable amd talking for extended periods becomes hard and my voice becomes a little hoarse. I have Spondyloarthritis and take a Biologic Agent (Humira) and Methotrexate along with other pain medications, somac and anti-inflammatories for treatment of that disease. Being immunocompromised I want to make sure this is not a sign of a bad infection as I have to be careful on Humira with any illness. Any ideas? image
