Lumps on both sides

Had a vasectomy last Wednesday. It's been ten days and I now have marble sized lumps on the top side of both testicles. Sore but nothing a bit of ibuprofen can't handle. Just wondering if these are the vas ends?

    Yes, those are the cut ends of the VD. I still feel small hard lumps myself but no pain in that area

      Thanks! I've not found anything online saying they are located on top or that they can be marble sized so just wanted to hear from someone that's went through this. Doctor said to come back in a month which seems a bit long. I'd think a week would be normal? Plumbing all working correctly as far as that goes so that's a plus. Anxiety is out of control lately which asssuming is due to the fact they put me under general anesthesia instead of local. Throat was sore abs voice was hoarse for 2-3 days post-op.

    Normal. It's swelling in the vas from the surgery. You'll end up with a few extra lumps in the plumbing
