Lumps on entrance of vagina and below urethra

also had pain when urinating taking antibiotics for thrush and a uti but results havent come back yet!!

Not really able to see what you are pointing out. Do you have a picture that shows the bumps a little more clearly?

I think that either the antibiotics are giving you side effects, or they are not working at all.
