Lumps on my throat

I'm male, 31, 170cm height and 50kg.

I have several lumps on the wall of throat which won't go away for 3 months now, I don't feel any pain. After that my skin is dry, and discolouration on my penis and testicles due to rashes with blisters (but the rashes are cured now), recently I having pain on my hand joints. Then I having itchy hive on my neck, torso and face. Bit I don't feel sick. No fever till now. May I know what could be the problem with me?
