Lumps on my vaginal opening

i woke up one day and feel some itching in my vagina , so i check it and found some lumpson my vagina . shape is not good and looks really bad . i wonder what it is . if anybody know then please give a reply

    Looks normal - can be VP. I don't see any signs of thrush or discharge either?

      recently i have white discharge.. i think its infection some kind of .. also i came to consult a gynaecologist so i will update soon..
