hi,
i had sex with a girl five days ago and i suddenly have these lumps on penis, slight swelling. please could you guys advice me what to do

yes spots are itchy and little bit painful
no smell

It's likely to be thrush (candidal) infection. Try getting some Canesten (clotrimazole) cream from your local drugstore or pharmacist and apply it twice a day to the affected area, for a week.
