If all lab work has came back negative then it's not a STI. This seems to be a sebaceous gland that is infected or clogged. Ask physician to prescribe oral antibiotics for "acne" that can help with the bacteria that is causing the swelling. Other than that, fordyce spots are normal, but they're generally smaller.

In my experience this could be Scabies, I do not know if it's sexually transmitted as I'm a virgin and I got it from slight physical contact or a motel bed, my doctor told me to apply a cream all over the body below the neck and leave on for 6-12 hours, it worked, and the bumps & lumps went away.

..(Scabies is an infestation of the skin by the human itch mite (Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis). The microscopic scabies mite burrows into the upper layer of the skin where it lives and lays its eggs. The most common symptoms of scabies are intense itching and a pimple-like skin rash)

hey everyone just got back from the dermatologist. apparently they think a bug mustve attacked my penis and injected some venom into it. They took a thorough look at my penis. its actually rather common if you frequent the outdoors. I was given a stronger form of Hydrocortisone. i go back in a month for follow up. Could be a rather long heal time. Thank you all! i recommend to get checked if you can and have any issue similar to mine.
