Lumps on right side of neck

I'm 40 years old. Past 10 days, I have noticed two lumps on my neck. First one is on the bottom near the jugular notch (the bit that goes in) on the right hand side. Second is about 4cm diagonally up and right from the first lump. I'm asthmatic - take Fostair 200/6, Montelukast and blue inhaler. Also take Zelatta mini pill. I'm 3 stone overweight.

Other symptoms I get are night sweats and coughing fits. I blame my asthma medication for this.

Had first covid vaccine 3 weeks ago.
