lumps, red rash, spots, burning, and this veins on shaft and head of penis. Can anyone help me?

Hello,

I have had this ongoing problem for the past 2 years but no doctors have been able to identify the issue. I have some strange lumps in the corona of my penis, and I have red spots all over the glans. I also have very bulging veins along the shaft of my penis, but I believe those have always been that way, but I do see some strange red looking veins all over the place. Now I have a rash along the left side of the shaft of my penis, and the area I circled green is the only area where my penis hurts. I was shaving and cut myself in that area two years ago and believe that has been the cause of all the problems up until now. Before these issues, I always had a brown line that made a circle around my penis where the blue line is located, but it is almost completely gone now (but it still exists on the right side). All of these details become much more noticeable when I have an erection, and there is almost no redness when I don't have one. Please help me, I haven't had a single day of not thinking about this problem since it started.imageimage
