Lumps under skin on stomach.

For the past year I've had some painful lumps in the fat layer just under the skin on my stomach only. They have no color and no skin lesions. I've been to 3 doctor's about this but no real answers. A dermatologist told me they are most likely Lipomas, but everything I've read about them doesn't really fit what's going on with me. Most people get them on their arm's and legs. They are not supposed to be painful. And most people only have 1 or 2. Mine are only on my stomach, they are painful, especially when touched, and I literally have at least 20 of them. I've also had some gastric issues, extreme bloating. I was told I had IBD.

Possibly epidermoid cysts, which are not fatty lumps like lipomas but little sacs of cheesy type material . They can get infected and fill to such a point they become tender.
