Lungs feel like they are struggling :( Aches and Pains

Hi, I wonder if someone can please help or provide some advice.

For the the past two years I’ve been experiencing aching pains in my arms, legs and knees and had shooting pains in the head and face. Often this is accompanied with stiffness, weakness and pins and needles. In addition I’ve experienced severe stomach pains where the hospital said I had inflammation and elevated protein levels.

I also occasionally experience chest pain and for about 3 months now I can only seem to speak for about 15 min or so before my lungs feel very tired and I can barely get a word out afterwards until I’ve had plenty of rest. I went to the hospital about this and they said my oxygen levels were fine and referred me to respiratory specialists which will likely be at least 4-6 months wait 😕

Between the hospital and neurologists my MRI’s have been fine, neurological exams fine, my rheumatoid blood test from my GP came back fine and they’ve ruled out IBD after I had colonoscopy when I had imflammation in the stomach.

My family has a history of athritis and lupus but I’m confused why no one can find anything? Any suggestions how I best move forward or what I can do? Talking for a short time and my lungs feeling exhausted is starting to make life very difficult 😦
