Lyme Disease Fears?

Alright now I'm really scared I have Lyme disease, also sorry I've been inactive but anyway I have fears of Lyme disease since recently I found an insect on my body just crawling and of course my first assumption was it's a tick so I started to look into it (also wanted to mention I'm not sure it was a tick, was just a small insect crawling on my body and I can't find a tick bite either) and I found articles and while I was looking I found that Lyme disease can actually cause anxiety/depression and also I have many of the other symptoms (not constantly justbon and off such as joint pain) however the thing is that obviously Lyme disease can't be transmitted that quickly if I had a tick on my body just that recently but that had me wondering that maybe I had maybe gotten a tick bite a while back maybe months or years ago and that now I have Lyme disease. Btw I've been doing good with my anxiety before today I've had minimal symptoms over the past months and I think no panic attacks. But now of course my anxiety is at its highest and I'm scared that I have Lyme now.

Its a simple blood test by your doctor. Simple.next time your there ask for it. Many people have lyme, some are on here. Pending where you live its not uncommon. But you would know if you had a tick and a huge bullseye rash. Hard to miss this stuff. Lyme symtoms are extremly similiar to anxiety disorders.

I know symptoms are similar to anxiety which is what scares me and I'm also scared because a couple articles said the blood tests don't always easily detect Lyme. I also read however it is uncommon to have Lyme in the southeast so I have mixed emotions.

Now I'm having some stomach problems and having to go to the bathroom frequently, and a headache, probably unrelated but yeah...
