Lymph node and neck pain after over a year?!?!

I got diagnosed with Mono October of 2020 and have had swollen lymph nodes ever since. Many are the size of peas and move, some feel like they don't. I've also had some swollen under my jaw and ear on both sides that are harder. Along with this I'm pregnant and have had a lot of neck pain. Has anyone else had this? I would feel more normal if I wasn't constantly concerned about the lumps in my neck and questioning if they are lymph nodes or not! I also get irritated scalp and some of the other common symptoms but need to know if anyone else has struggled so much with their lymph nodes after getting mono and if it will ever get better?!?!

    i am at 9 months now and i still have several too. i have one under my ear lobe that is causing ringing in that ear. my last reactivation lasted 12-14 months so try to not worry. You will get better and be better than ever. May sure you eat well, stay hydrated and rest. Your baby will need you. stay positive
