Hi Judy. Yes, Niacin has worked for some MM sufferers. Can you provide more background about your own condition? For example, are you engaged in a low sodium diet yet?

What does niacin do for MD? I was diagnosed with it in 2012 I think! I have had the surgery and many injections since. I, still have the dizziness and balance problems! The surgery did help me with the veritgo! Thank you!

I was diagnosed with MD about 2014  because of hearing loss, only had one vertigo attack then not realizing it was MD, my son just got married about a month a go and I guess the stress really started it up and now my mom is passing so I keep having attacks . They have me on prednisone , Meclizine and triamterene. And my ear will still fill up and the spinning begins. I can’t shake, someone with MD told me to take niacin. I can’t imagine that working but I will do anything for releif, I hate this disease with a passion I just want it to go away. Thanks for getting back to me. Any help would be appreciative
