Ménière's disease anyone?

I have been battling misdiagnosis since October. First episode of vertigo was 2 weeks long (not all horrible days) then I was good until November with a headcold- symptoms were mild... then this last episode December 14- until January 9th. I see the nystagmus start 1 week before my menstrual cycle.. then I get vertigo (nothing crazy) tinnitus and pressure feeling in my ears - mild- reminds me of the sensation you have when you blow your nose but not as severe. I have been misdiagnosed with bppv- then the most recent multiple sclerosis -- which thank god after a hospital admission and MRI tests- that was ruled out. Had a neuro ophthalmologist apt today and my eyes are perfect- she said my pulsating sensation is called hippus and it's normal. She suspects Ménière's disease. I naturally read too much and now I'm petrified of this- some say it's so progressive and others say it can go away for a while. Anyone have experience with this? I don't seem to have those drop attacks or anything to that extent but the foggy head feeling and vertigo are annoying.

Also- trying to get pregnant and curious if anyone has been through this- wondering if it would possibly go away since it's correlated to my period- and maybe get better.. sometimes pregnancy is good for that.. made my arthritis go in remission (ankylosing spondylitis) and not come back so far

I was told possible menieres by ENT. Had others say maybe not because of lack of big time hearing. Was told bppv years ago. But now have loss of vestibular response in left ear. App on Jan 27th with specialist . Maybe I will find out what it really is and if any treatment.

Vestibular migraines.  Look it up on Johns Hopkins website and the symptoms as well as triggers.

It could be Meniere's disease as you have described it.  The episodes can increase around menstruation due to fluid build-up.  Have you had an audiogram up to now?  This will help to confirm this.

Try to get the audiogram when you do it and send it to me if possible.
