About 3 months before taken ill with M.E I was having troucle with my feet. The doctoe give be anti-inflamatties and refered to a foot person (sorry forgot there name) took ages to get in so I went to see a chiropractioner who gave me accupunter which helped. When I saw this person they made me insoles for my shoes. After about 6 to 8 weeks it went. Thename for this contition is planatar fashiates. Will look up the correct spelling and get back to you, Be careful it can be terribly painful especially trying to move after a rest period. Us nurses are prone to this and other proffesions who spend any lenght of time on there feet on hard surfaces.

The correct spelling is plantar fasciitis. If you type the condition on this forum it comes up with some good useful information. I read some of there posting while I was on, but there forum seem quite boring.

How can you tell I am having trouble sleeping tonight. I have got terrible pain / burning in my left hip. :wah:

Well, the sun is shining here today, but don't think I will be doing too much .... everthing aches and I feel very bad-tempered

I have had custom made orthoses for my shoes to correct my posture and they are wonderful, but after 50 years with an undiagnosed genetic foot fault - which my son, daughter and granddaughter all have as well - the damage is done and I am due to see a foot surgeon at the end of this month.

This is not ME based though, as I said, it is genetic, but I do sympahise with you all.
