Macroprolactinoma and breast surgery?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone had a prolactinoma and has had breast surgery? I paid in 2017 to get mine done as I feel they never developed properly but the surgery was cancelled, and I'm not 100% on the reason why.

Surgery for my tumour is not recommended and medicine doesn't seem the lower my prolactin levels.

But just wondering if there is anything anyone knows because I find it really hard to talk to people about. But it has really effected my confidence and self esteem.
