I developed an itch as you described. The worst areas were the lower legs. These I scratched until I drew blood. I also had restless leg syndrome....regards

    Hi Guys!

I was beginning to wonder if I was becoming allergic to my clothes washing detergent!! I have developed this itch - mostly down my sides and legs! Think its been about a fortnight or so, but I have been on Flu since Sept and not due to see the Doc until Feb... I am wondering if I am developing a reaction long term?? I may have to try the doc before then if this continues!

    Hi everyone

Its strange you mention the itching. Have been on flu for just over a year but only recently have been getting manic itching. I also thought it might be detergent/fabric softener. Rather a late side effect for me. Thought i'd got rid of them all. Oh well.

    Hi folks,

Just read the lastest post on the itch...? I am wondering if its a dodgy batch of the drug if these cases of itch are recent and new?! I realise we are all over the country but there is a chance that we have all the same supplier?? Just a thought... its the scientist in me  - I'm an analytical chemist! I make drugs and know that the place I work make certain drugs that you can't get anywhere else... so its possible! Might try and investigate - any info feel free to pass it on?

    Hi Miss Jojo

Its an interesting thought, but unlikely in my case. I'm on liquid flu and in the past month or so i've had 3 different suppliers of the drug.

The itching was really bad a couple of months ago and would only go once the skin had bruised (big time).

Don't get the bruising now and the itching comes in phases.

    Best wishes.
