hi toria i have been recommended magnesium by the doctor at the balance clinic at the hospital, also to take vitamin B2 . iv only started these on tuesday so don't know the effect yet but im also told magnesium is good for muscles and bones.
i take 1x 400mg magnesium tablet and a 400mg B2 tablet
hope when you get yours you get some good results but these vitamins take time so persevere

Im taking holland & Barrett magnesium tablets 150mg but just upped it to 2 day so 300mg now, I'm hoping it'll settle my nervous system down a bit, having a better day today but cant say if its that or not too early to tell yet.
magnesium is supposed to help a lot if menopause symptoms but there's so many to choose from its hard to know which ones to get.

i take magnesium glycinate - easier on the GI symptoms .

Magnesium glycinate and magnesium bysglycinate (they are the same) are the best absorbed forms and do not cause GI issues (loose stools), which can be cause by other forma of magnesium. I believe I am in the very earliest stage of perimenopause and magnesium has been recommended to me for my symptoms, which are bad PMS, headaches, anxiety, heart palpitations.
