magnesium heat

why when i take manesium at night do i get so hot does anyone else get this

    Hi Karen,

    How interesting, I just started taking it again a few weeks ago and I've been wondering why when I'm on HRT, do I seem to be too hot some nights?

    So I won't take any this week, try to keep this thread in my email and let you know!

    I have not taken my magnesium since your post and it does seem I have been cooler.

      Hi zigangie, i gave myself a week off magnesium this wek and im cooler to isnt that strange i will try again next week but try a different kind, it is good stuff it keeps my palpitations at bay , i also take vit d and vit k you need to take them together i seem happier and brighter this week , um lets see how i get on this week good luck

      Yes mine is a good one too (ionic) but same as you I will give it another few days then try again. I was using it hoping it would help with sleep, I did have a few better nights so at least we will know for sure.

      Hi zigangie, isnt it strange even if we take it 4 days out of 7 so we are not hot all the time it would help a bit, what a carry on . i get foot cramp and leg ache and the magnesium helps with that to so i would like to try and carry on with it well good luck we all need it
