Im reading everywhere and watching videos on YouTube people saying magnesium supplements have cured their anxiety especially the physical symptoms has anyone ever tried it? Im really wanting to try but i take propranolol for anxiety and i dont know if i can take it together. Even doctors on YouTube say magnesium is a cure for so many illnesses but u have to get the right kind bc some dont absorb well.

if this were the case you wouldn't find magnesium on store shelves. how's your quality of sleep and diet? it seems the most drastic improves are felt correcting this first above all else. there's even articles with those with GAD and how a refined carbohydrate diet worsens the condition. alternatively, going to a whole food plant based diet ushered drastic improvements with physical symptoms of those with GAD. i'm not implying magnesium supplement don't help, but i'm not so sure it's the cure all either for anxiety. in any case, good luck!

What ive read that our soils are so depleted in vitamin and minerals through over farming and chemicals used that so much of the healthy foods we buy in stores have 80% less vitamins and minerals than they did 50 years ago so even if u eat a very healthy diet u probably still arent getting the recommended dosages u need.

regardless, fast food or refined carbs will only worsen things. i'm all for multivitamins. my vitamin D did comeback low so i'm on a supplement as well. i must confess i did buy into the magnesium claims and tried as well, but didn't feel much different. how bad are your physical symptoms?
