Magnesium Oil

Hi everybody,
I take magnesium tablets to help with anxiety and depression. They do work for me, but I also know that not all of the magnesium is absorbed by the body. I just purchased a bottle of magnesium oil. You can rub it or spray it on your skin, it absorb quickly. This method is better, because it by passes your digestive tract. You don't have to worry about stomach acids destroying most of it.
Does anybody here taking magnesium oil. If so let me know if it works for you, how long did it take to notice the effects.

Hi, I take tablets and they have been great for me. I've had a gastric bypass and wonder if the oil would be better for me in terms of absorption. I think I'll give it a go.....

If you are asking about the magnesium oil. I purchased it online, I am waiting for it to arrive. You can either rub it or spray it on your skin. Your skin absorbs it. It doesn't have to go through the process of being digested by stomach acids, which destroy some of it before it gets into your blood. It is supposed to be better for people who have some digestive already. I take the tablets already, but it is better if you switch methods regularly.
Once it is delivered. I will see if it works just as good as the tablets
