Magnesium oil

I hope this helps at least one person. I've been using magnesium oil for about a week now, so I don't know if my results will be long lasting, but I feel 75% better!!!!! I bought mine on eBay.  $20 for two 8 ounce bottles. It's a topical treatment. I'm wondering if I even had fibromyalgia or maybe I was just misdiagnosed and I actually had magnesium deficiency. But anyhow, please google it and give it a try. It's a total life saver!!!!!

I always have a couple of bottles around for muscle spasms/cramps, it’s awesome, along with magnesium supplements and powder in water before food every morning,  it really works, I’ve been using it for years now, be blessed Allie and have a lovely day💐💐😍

That's interesting, thanks. I have started taking magnesium supplement tablets on the recommendation of Holland & Barratt assistant who said it helps with energy levels.

I've been using topical magnesium for quite a while now. Started it for pain in my back, knees,  neck and shoulders (osteoarthritis) and, yes, it does help.  It's probably also helping the fibro too.   I also take 250- 500mg tablets at night.
