Magnesium supplements and vitamin C to help with anxiety?

Hi everyone, I’m currently on 20mg of citalopram. I just wanted to know if anyone has had any success taking supplements and if it’s safe whilst being on citalopram? I’ve read that magnesium and vitamin C is beneficial for helping toward anxiety, just wanted to hear other people’s experiences, I will try and remember to ask my doctor when I next see her.

    I take magnesium Glycinate twice a day. I see a holistic psychiatrist and she suggested it. I also take citalopram. I also take a multivitamin (phytomulti) and fish oil and vitamin d

    Hi Star, I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night, and they have really helped with my anxiety, I highly recommend them, to help with relaxing and sleep. I also take vitamin B complex as have read that they are good for the nervous system.
