What is the magnetic ring? That's a new one on me.  As for HRT I cannot help I'm afraid - not allowed to take because of family history.

There's something called a Ladycare magnet which is on Boots website.  Would it be something like that (it's not a ring)?  The reviews are fairly good although it doesn't work for everyone, and it costs £32 in Boots x

I can't recommend anything as I haven't really been bothered by symptoms.  The only thing I'd advise is trying Evening Primrose oil capsules (1000mg daily, although some people take higher doses) for anxiety, if that troubles you at all.  It's very effective and usually works within a couple of weeks.  Good luck with the magnet if you try it! smile x

Hi Furryface, I try HRT for only a month,it brought my periods back and I did not want that and along with the scary side affects and cancer risk I decided before it settles down in my symptom I will stop it

But you can try it if you want too everyone is different and have different opinions towards it

ive try the LadyCare Megnet but keep dropping off so that's no good for me either, I'm just trying to get through it as natural as possible eating up my vegetables and fish

you will be ok as time goes on menopause does ease, but do what is right for your self and keep smiling.
