I get anxiety daily and on most days, it leads to panic attacks. One of the main things I worry about during those situations is that I'm going to lose control over my body and end up killing myself without wanting too (I'm not suicidal and actually value living cause I'm scared of death). I also feel like anxiety/panicking will break my insanity and I'll eventally just lose it. It's a really scary feeling. I hope you feel better soon.

Hope it works out well.  Remember we have to do the majority of the work.  They gives us the tools, but we have use them.

My main fear is losing my mind. I get derealization and nothing around me looks real, incredible fear overwhelms me, sounds get louder, I just have to get away from everything. But there's nowhere to run. I can't stand this, it totally controls your life.

This is an anxiety provocing lie that we tell ourselves.  It is impossible to crack up go crazy from thinking this.  It is driven by our physical response to anxiety,  we become uptight.  Find ways to relax the mind and body at the same time.  I highly recommend guided meditation follow it and stick with it.  IT WORKS!  Also seek out counseling and possibly medications if need be.  have your doctor run blood tests to rule out possibly thyroid malfunction which can cause depression and anxiety.  Wish you the best.
