Major dental work needed; suggestions?

Hi all. (If this has been discussed elsewhere in the forum, please point me there.) My daughter (40s) was diagnosed with Sjogren's about 8-10 years ago. She's not taking medication (other underlying physical conditions) and over time (mostly due to a lack of insurance) her teeth have gotten to the point where all 28 need replacement. She's gone to a few places for estimates but it's extremely costly (over $50K for implants) for someone w/o insurance/job. Does anyone know of any organizations that provide dental care specifically for Sjogren's patients? Mostly needing evaluation/advice. She's in the Pittsburgh area, but I can try to get her anywhere to get the work done. Thanks in advance.
