Major Migraines everyday

So I recently went to see a neurologist due to my migraines. I get them at least once a day and it gets so bad that it feels like someone has either hit me with me a baseball bat up side the head or that someone has smacked my head against the wall. I have been prescribed fioricet, Zofran, promethazine and topamax. I have not taken the topamax because the long list of side effects scare me. I was curious what have any of you tried for serve migraines be it prescribed by a doctor or over the counter. Also if anyone could help me translate these results from the photo that I have attached that would be greatly appreciated. Hope you all are having a wonderful day.
