Major sinus pain 3/4 years

hi there, im new to all this and have never gone down this route.

i have had major trouble with my sinuses over the last 4 years

i seem to have constant inflammation where my mucus wont drain, left side always being worse.

i get numbness and pain from the left side of my nose all the way to more or less to my ear.

i sometimes get a driving pain through my left ear where it feels like a pencil is being pushed through it.

i had a spell of absolutley loosing ALL taste and smell but it is back now.

i wake up EVERY morning really congested feeling like i havent had any sleep.

im really kind of hoping someone out there could help me.

ive seen numerous ENT specialist and got no-where ive had CT scans mri scans and still no answer, ive had allergy tests taken all ok.

im really hoping that there really is someone out there with some kind of help for me as this really is ruining my life.

my name is leon and if someone out there has ANY suggestions then please help me.

    Hi

    Although I don't get pain only pressure I have suffered these symptoms for years. I have had a camera up my nose and have nasal polyps. I take Rinatec spray 3x a day and 1 spray of Mometasone each day. My nose dripped all the time and these have stopped it. I have no taste or smell. I have a course of steroids and flixonase nasule drops 3 x year and it all clears.

    My husband has also suffered and he has Vicks since spray(glass bottle one) that helps him.

    I hope this helps there are alot of us suffering out there.

    I have had allergies when I was younger and blew my nose very hard or constantly during summer. My nose(the bottom area) has been red for the last 3-5 years. I was infected with some weird staph/eczema around my mouth at about Feb, 2019. And there's something constantly causing scabs in my nasals, first bleed from blowing my nose too hard or simply by wearing glasses. Then still constantly scabs and partial blocked nasals with constipation.

    Yes, went to ENT/GI/ER/Urgent care. obv everyone says you are fine!

    Seems like it's also my left nasal is worse or at least more blocked/bleed than right. My left leg/arm hurts. Maybe left weak side body?

    Seriously don't know anything about more.

    I think we both have chronic nasal inflammation where the nasals won't clean so easily and only cleans when super congested.
