    Hi kim,

I was on malaria tablets while suffering from IBS

the tablet itself has many side affects, such as an upset stomach, fevers, headaches etc.

I was meat to be on the tablet a week after i returned back home, but i just couldnt stomach it, it made me feel very sick.

Ask your docotr if you can get the injection instead ??

Did you have any side effects from the jab ? Any bowel issues? I have IBS so I'm scared if adding any more trouble to what I suffer already.

The injection was fine I had no side affects from it although it pained my arm for so long, it honestly felt bruised I couldn't even lift it... It was the tablets that really upset my stomach, because you have to take them 2 weeks before you leave, and about 1 week into taking them just really upset my stomach, I was extremely bloated, nausea, headaches it wasn't a good time
