Male Genitals Issue. I don't know what it is .?

Hello,

I am just turned 26 last mont. I recently found something weird in my penis and constantly thinking about this which obviously increase my stress level and I don't know what to read or which way to go.

I masturbate once in 2 days but never felt something like this before.

The problem is during bath I noticed my penis was erect and the tip of the penis curve to right side. When i move it to make it straight i felt a pain but it makes my penis straight then after touching my self and fully errect i noticed that my penis is straight like before but what i move to either side i feel pain in apart from my penis. When i touched that part just after the tip at Corpora Cavernosa i found that there is a dent inside my penis at both like circle means both side of Corpora Cavernosa upside and downside and it feels like hard tissue no sensation. When i google about this i found that yes there is a disease name peyronie's disease but the thing is According to the many website i found that peyronies disease is found when penis is curved but in my condition when i mild errect my penis is move to right side from that pain point but when i fully errect or touch my self to make it straight it will appear straight. One more thing is sensation around the pain area is different then other part of the penis. It feels like hard and no sensation at all.

My friend had different problem and he went to urologist and he make the case worse so now I am scared of that and want to study some thing before going to urologist. Any medical treatment without any antibiotics would be great.

It's hard to offer advice without seeing a pic, but you're very young for Peyronie's.

I'd encourage you to see a doctor though.  Just because your friend had a bad experience doesn't mean you will (and without knowing anything about what happened, it's possible that the urologist's advice didn't actually make anything worse).

I don't know why you want to avoid antibiotics btw, but it seems highly unlikely that any doctor would recommend antibiotics for the symptoms you're describing.

Thank you so much ml66uk. Actually I am afraid of the side effects after antibiotics. What do you think why is this weird thing happened.? and could you please tell me what disease i have or is it a disease or what is that .? and i will go to Urologist now but i feel a bit shame because i always make a fun of those guys. This embarrassing.

I can only guess at what you have, and like I said Peyronie's is rare for men your age, but if that's what you have, no-one really knows what causes it.  The curvature is unlikely to be caused by masturbation unless you've been especially rough with it.  Antibiotics are for bacterial infections, so I can't see a doctor suggesting them, but most antibiotics don't have bad side effects anyway.

Don't be nervous about seeing a doctor though.  Sure, it might not be an enjoyable experience, but it's your health we're talking about, and this may not be something that just fixes itself.  Doctors have seen everything, including stuff muuuch more embarrassing than what it sounds like you have.  Either you have something that needs treatment, in which case you should see a doctor sooner rather than later, or you'll find out that it doesn't need treatment and you'll be able to stop worrying about it.  As I often point out here, women have to lie on their backs with their legs in the air on a regular basis, while a stranger looks inside them with a speculum and flashlight, so we men have it easy.  There are way too many men who won't see a doctor till they absolutely have to, and it's something we need to change.

    Hello again,

I went to Urologist actually he is good according to others. I told everything about my condition and he did some physical examination of everything like prostate, check peyronie or swelling. etc. After examination he said i had a little peyronie plaque on my right side and swelling and then he said i am 110% healthy. Don't do anything. When i asked him how to remove this plaque he said it will never go.

Now i didn't feel any hard tissue inside my penis but i do feel a dent round circle underneath my skin and i feel pain while errection. Actually a lot of pain since i ejaculate once after i found this. I found a blog where people has been cured from peyronies by using castor oil. Now the problem is i dont know where the plaque is, my penis curve but when i move it looks straight to me but i do feel dent. I dont know what to do. I bought Castor Oil and used one time only. Any idea how to remove this dent ?

Thanks for the update.  If the urologist said to leave it alone though, then I'd leave it alone.  There are various things you can try for Peyronie's, but most of the time they don't work, and they can cause damage.  I don't how how big this dent is, but I think I'd probably just live with it.  All dicks are different, and as long as yours does what it's supposed to do, I wouldn't worry about how it looks.

I guess you are right. If i try more things then it would make the condition worse. After 1 day of using Castor oil i feel only swelling is gone just after the round shape bump but this the dent is still there. I think i have to live with this, there is no harm, i do feel a little pain but i don't have errectile dysfunstion. The penis looks straight so you are right i should be to worry about this. May be it will go after some time. Thanks I will post update if i find any thing better or cured by this.
