Male health issue

Hi all and thanks for allowing me to post here.
I was initially diagnosed with balanitis which failed to clear up (swelling on foreskin, redness) a few days after this a health check came back positive for Chlamydia. I was treated with 2 X Doxycycline every 12 hours for a week. During this time I obviously thought some of what I was worrying about was caused by the Chlamydia.
I have now finished the course of antibiotics however I still seem to have some issues such as, stinging on the tip of the penis, feeling of needing to urinate always, random abdomen / stabbing pain. I may add that I was told I have an 11mm kidney stone a year ago for which they said they wouldn't remove until it became an issue for me.
I visited the doctors twice over the last 2 weeks about all of these symptoms and they pretty much put my mind at ease after doing physical examinations etc however I was just wondering if anybody else has ever experienced these symptoms?
I'm planning on going back doctors if the symptoms do not improve over the weekend.
Thanks for any reply.

I apologise for the lack of descriptive title on my post. It's my first time posting and didn't realise I'd typed it as just 'male health issue's.
I'd like to add too that I've typed my symptoms into the symptoms checker on here and it brings up UTI or something else cystitis that could be related to the kidney stone I mentioned previously.
I know this forum isn't a substitute for medical advice however I was just curious as to whether others have experienced similar issues like I currently am.

Hello, the uti symptoms may be your body after it suffering some damage due to the infection. On the other side could possibly have contracted a antibiotic resistance strain of the bacteria. But there's also the chance your kidney stone is also causing additional infections due to the nature of the stone. One things for sure yuou still have symptoms, so what I'm going to tell yoiu to do is treat the symptoms. Drink a lot of liquids-if you are not peeing clear liquids you are not hydrated. If you can get cranberry juice- this sticks to the innards of your bladder and reduces the chances that the bacteria can "stick" to your bladder. Take ibuprofen. I don't know your height and weight so I can't accurately tell you how much you can have but for safety measures don't exceed 800mg a day. When voiding- make sure you empty your bladder fully, this leaves little room for the bacteria to stay in great numbers. I had utis growing up as a complication of circumcision so I know what pain you are in. If yuou urinate and it still stings during/after try and out a cold wet cloth over your glans/penis- trust me it helps

Hey Tangki! The pain seems to have gone after following your advice, already cleared for the last 2 days so thanks for the help! No symptoms of UTI are appearing now.
I have however still got some sort of case of balantis. I was inspected by a doctor who said I'm all good but I'm not too sure and think there is something going off still. When I urinate for example I seem to still have droplets of urine which stay on the foreskin and penis head, also I noticed a discolouration on the head of my penis which is kind of shiny waxy, the doctor informed me to carry on with the daktacort and see how it goes which does seem to be helping. I also asked about some kind of brown sticky discolouration on my penis which I was told could be tinea verisicolor caused by a fungal infection. Things are slowly clearing and I'm going back this week to ask the doctors view.
I guess it's for peace of mind more than anything.
Cheers .
