Male Lichen Sclerosus BXO

Hi all, i have Lichen Sclerosus i had 2 frenuloplasties in 2002,2012 & circumcision in 2021. I was misdiagnosed so many times due to atypical appearance, but Professor Bunker spotted it straight away on examination this year & he was spot on when they sent the foreskin to pathology LS was confirmed.

He is very happy with the circumcision result that his urologist colleague done for me, the persistent problem i have now is a patch of redness around the meatus area, not typical LS white patches more like hyperpigmentation chronic redness gets a little worse after sex/masturbation, everything else has gone well we think the LS has gone but the redness around the tip on the glans is a cosmetic issue & really bothering me, i have tried a milder steroid not clob just eumovate over the counter but it is persisting & ruining my confidence, saying that it is not very noticeable with an erection but when flaccid its not looking good at all & Im embarresed to explain to a woman what it is!! Anybody else had this or have any ideas how to make it go away? i might get a p shot this week see if it helps...

My symptom is redness on top (with tiny white spots barely visible) and RED RED RED around the shaft (where I was circumcised as an infant). Got the glans under control but the redness around the shaft is debilitating.

    Be glad it doesn't hurt!
