Male - LS?

I'm male, 32, with history of urethral structure (had a urethrotomy a few years ago but the stricture has gradually recurred).

Across the last few months I have gradually had some white patches appear, including the characteristic "waisting". So I feel fairly confident I do have LS. In the last month or so, however, I have had some white patches appear on the lower left side of my glans/penis head that don't look exactly like the usual pictures.

I am seeing my GP next week but was hoping to get some kind of indication as to whether these newer marks are something more sinister (naturally, I really hope not!)
