Male urinary problems: painful urination, other worrying symptomps.

Hello, guys. Normally I would not create a topic and require assistance/info from others, but I am now desperate to treat the problem that affects me so much mentally, not only physically.
So to wrap things up: I am 25 yo male, living very intense and stressful lifestyle at the moment due to the management of studies and work and insufficient rest and sleep, no exercise and irregular diet. That might be the cause for weakening of my immunity system, which is going crazy as it have never happened in my life before.
Basically, 3 weeks ago now, I started having a painful urination problem with watery/cloudy discharge multiple times during the day. This was accompanied with cramps in belly and a constant lower back pain, tingling pain in testicles and groin. A general feeling of being drained persists till now.
A week ago, I visited a sexual health clinic, as I was treated for STI, chlamydia last November and was afraid I've got the same due to the fact that I had unprotected sex recently. Test results came back negative, showing no signs of infections in a body and no STIs. Only thing that they noticed, is a dry foreskin, for which they offered a cream to wash and use. They also suggested this irritation might be caused by the usage of perfumed/unsuitable shower products. I changed my shower products to a nonperfumed and ones for sensitive skin, however the same symptomps persist and it does not go anywhere from the point I was 3 weeks ago. I am using a cranberry D-manose capsules as suggested frequently by others here, however no ease of pain occurred.
Now the pain while urinating is sometimes weaker/sometimes stronger, sometimes stars immediatelly releasing urine, sometimes in the mid of urination or after. Basicallly very irregular. Groin and testicles pain comes and goes as well. What is constant is back and pain on the left side of the abdominal.
So, if there is no infection with these symptoms, what do you guys think might be a problem?
This started making me mentally tired and incapable of performing some of the day to day tasks.
I was diagnosed with UTI and Chlamydia in November 2017, treated it succesfully, although from then on I had a pretty much constant back and side discomfort and pain, for which I have no explanation.
If you have any particular suggestions/comments or anything that might help, I would appreciate very very much.
Thank you !!

Hello Paulotr,
Sorry you are going through these medical conditions. There are a couple of things you want to see a professional for: Drs. typically in an STD request font request a test for herpes because the majority of people have the virus in them but since you have a rash that is scabbed over have them test you for herpes simplex 2. I learned this from friends and family.
Secondly, UTIs can only be treated with antibiotics and from personal experience you want to go to the Dr in case there are other issues and so the infection doesn't spread to your kidneys. I've research dmanose and it had very mixed reviews do if it's not working seek medical attention.
Don't be afraid to speak up because the Drs will only do sometimes what you ask many won't go above and beyond. So make sure they look at everything other than obvious symptoms.
Hope this helps. Wishing you good health.

That's odd, get tested again and only use urine sample from first thing in the morning. There has been much controversy over the testing of UTIs as the so called Gold Standard test appears not to be very good at all. It may be multiple things but I would see a urologist. There is a new vaccine called Uromune for UTIs and look at info from Prof Malone-Lee's site that may be of interest.
