I am 18 years old and i have lump in my right breast since i was 13. Could it be cancer after 5 years. And what this thing could be?

Highly unlikely that this is cancer. It could be a fatty lump, a cyst or a collection of breast cells.Lots of young men get these lumps and they often resolve on their own but if it gets bigger or is really bothering you then do see your doctor.
