I also have the same symptoms as you and was recently prescribed propranolol for it. I personally don’t feel like the 10mg is enough for me. Sometimes my hands don’t shake as much after my dose but my legs still feel shaky all the time. I’m allowed to take 10mg 3x/day but I often have to take something else with it, like Xanax, just to get back to sleep in the morning. It’s always worse during the day and then settles at night. It’s very bothersome so I understand how you feel. Sometimes it’s all I can think about! Have you been in touch with your doctor?

I didn't do back to my Dr as i thought it's the same reason. I just want reassurance that there are other people suffering anxiety who has the same symptoms. Because this hands tremors been there for days. Makes ne think that i'm the only one who suffers the hands tremors. I'm 28 by the way

oh no you definitely aren't the only one. and there are MANY others that have the same problem. shaky hands run in my family- along with the anxiety (lucky me lol) and I will be 28 in 2 months so we are the same age!

Glad to know i'm not the only one. I'm also hv an aunt who has anxiety. She's been in medication on and off. I also recalls having uncle who has hands tremors. All of them are from my mother side of family. Is it possible that it could be genetic?

oh yeah for sure!!! all of my mental health issues come from my mom's side too! seems that the only ones with the tremors are ones with depression/anxiety. i do have a relative that has shaky hands with no mental health history but i do feel its more common in people with anxiety.
