I had MUA 7 months post op, but it was done arthoscopically, not just manually. The scar tissue had to be removed.... unfortunately, the scar tissue is back and there are changes in my implant, so Im getting a revision done next month. MUA was a piece of cake. good luck

It's only been 3 months so I don't think it's anything to worry about. It all takes time to heal properly.

I had manipulation after a knee operation but it is so long ago I really can't remember how long after the op I had the manipulation. My guess is that it would have been about 2 or 3 months.

I also had TKR 7 years ago but no manipulation afterwards, just very hard physio and patience.

Good luck with all this, hang in there.

Take care and keep in touch

I had my left knee done October29 2019. December 16,2019 i had to get a manipulation.Pain????? unbearable,swelling...still have but only around knee. I can only reach 90 degrees but have full extention.Time and patience is the key.Keep doing the excersizes, always keep it moving. An excersize bike will be a huge asset during recovery.
