Wow Julie! Glad to hear. You had the minor revisions with manipulation. My Dr is considering just a plain manipulation that is done in the office with a nerve block injection as well. Hugs to you. Can you tell us, do you know how much bend, movement you had before they did this?? It must have been not a whole lot.. work your therapy girl!! So glad your on a CPM machine!!! Keep us posted. It's great to hear manipulation is not to be feared. My PT is totally against them except for extreme cases.
Prayers for a great outcome!

Hi Julie,
It's good to have positive stories of MUA. It does seem that physios use it as a threat! In actual fact it's only something like 6% of patients on USA needed to have it. So I suppose you are in a very elite group!
Good luck with you rehab from now. You'll nail it!

When you had you TKR did you do your exercises faithfully? When you have any surgery there is always scar tissue. The reason most people have to have the scare tissue removed is because they didn't do their exercises. I was very lucky, my doctor sent me to a care home for almost a month and I had to do the work and it was hard because the pain was over-the-top bad. Good luck
