    hi Mannie

i feel for you i really do, and i can say i understand what you are experiencing.

I've had fibromyalgia for many years and yes the meds from the doc have helped here and there but the thing's i attribute my biggest steps forward are things i have had to find the money to pay for.

1 a machine called the Arc by a company called Arc4health they have a website but its a family run company this little machine is awesome. well worth looking into !

2 a Therapy called TRE developed by a doctor Bercelli not sure where you are but there are a few reputable practitioners in the uk. dont go to the one in dover under TRE uk !

3 canabis, i dont like smoking but the oil in the uk is just not any good. if you are able to get a quality certified oil that is much better.

i still have bad flares but i manage on a day to day basis much better. the biggest help is accepting that you can't do what you used to and adapting to what you now can. i often push myself only to later regret it, however i am getting better at that.

life is a juggling game without the fun of juggling. im lucky my sons are amazing and help me lots.

also having a hobbie something you can do that you can lose yourself in ....it doesnt make the pain go away but strangely you can ignore it for a bit. i wish you lots of luck in finding what works for you .
